Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Overnight oats fan girl over here! How about this yummy combination and getting your coffee in another way in the morning?! Cold brew has less caffeine than traditional coffee or you can use chicory, a caffeine free substitute. The same goes for chocolate, use carob powder instead of cocoa.. don't you just love options?! A few modifications can allow for enjoyment not deprivation. So go ahead and have your dessert for breakfast!

Serves 2

1 cup gluten free rolled oats

3/4 cup plant based milk

1/4 cup cold brew coffee (or chicory)

1 Tbs pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp pure vanilla

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp cocoa or carob powder (optional)

1/4 cup coconut yogurt

Cocoa powder or carob for dusting

In mason jar or sealable container, place all ingredients except yogurt and stir to combine. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Top with yogurt and cocoa powder, more sweetener if desired and enjoy! Feel free to add a pinch of cinnamon powder or nut butter for layering flavor options! Watch the reel here
