These easy veggie filled rolls are so yummy and make perfect packable lunches! I'm not one to dive into a bunch of swiss chard on its own but roll up some goodies in them and I can't get enough!
Swiss or rainbow chard
Prepare brown rice according to package directions.
Rinse and pat dry swiss chard leaves.
Fill leaves with rice, veggies and avocado and roll tightly. Cut into rolls. Enjoy!
