Spinach and Kale Salad

This easy and nutrient packed salad is always a great way to get your daily greens and vegetables while keepin' it tasty! This Asian dressing is one you'll want to eat with a spoon!
2 cups spinach and kale mix
Small handful coleslaw mix
1 small carrot peeled or chopped
1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
1/2 Tbs hemp hearts
1/2 Tbs pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup shredded chicken (I use a natural rotisserie chicken from Whole Foods)
Dressing
1 Tbs natural almond butter
1/2 Tbs tamari
1 tsp pure maple syrup
Whisk all together until creamy
