Pumpkin Pie Smoothie


You cannot get away from pumpkin everything this time of year! I must admit all the hype and lure of pumpkin pie, whip topping, warm spices gets me every time! I always love a creamy, dessert worthy smoothie and this one hits the spot!


1 frozen banana

1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree

1/3 cup coconut yogurt

1/2 cup plant based milk

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 Tbs all natural almond butter

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 Tbs pure maple syrup


Blend all ingredients in high powder blender until smooth. Feel free to add 1 Tbs of hemp hearts, ground flax seeds or chia seeds for some power add ins. Top with pumpkin granola or coconut whip cream for some extra!
