Matcha Latte

I think Tink approves of this magic brew! (Anyone else have their Halloween decorations out?!) Matcha provides a slow release of caffeine, avoiding jitters and crashes and contains L-theanine for improved focus. Loaded with antioxidants & numerous health benefits it's no surprise this potion is trending! Unlike coffeehouses that fill their drinks with refined sugar, artificial flavorings, and non dairy milk pumped with additives/preservatives my homemade lattes are free of all these!

1/4 cup hot water

1/2 tsp ceremonial grade Matcha (I use Organic Burst)

1 cup non dairy milk

1 tsp pure maple syrup or raw honey

Add matcha to hot water in liquid measuring cup and blend, you'll need a traditional bamboo whisk or frother, I use this Heat your milk & sweetener using stovetop/microwave/steamer and add to blended matcha. Froth to combine and foam, pour into your favorite cup!
