I Love You A Latte!

This is quickly becoming my favorite NO SUGAR coffee drink in the morning! I'm trying to eliminate added sugar and I'm quite accustomed to adding some maple syrup to my drinks. It turns out, I don't need the sugar! This tastes great with a little cinnamon and coconut oil! That's right, adding some coconut oil can bring in a hint of sweetness and healthy fats. Sometimes I use decaf, you could certainly use chicory (a great coffee sub) but either way, it's a must try! Happy Valentine's Day!

Serves 1

6-7 ounces coffee

1/4 cup almond milk (I like Malk brand)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbs unrefined coconut oil

Brew your coffee.

Heat almond milk (a quick pop into the microwave).

Add all ingredients in tall measuring cup or glass (to have room to froth).

Use your frothing tool and pour into your favorite mug!
