Healthy Ranch Dressing

We all love Ranch dressing but not the icky ingredients found in store bought versions. I have been making this delicious coconut milk and cashew ranch dressing for awhile now and it's a household staple. Make up a batch and have it through the week for salads and all your dipping needs! Only a few simple, wholesome ingredients make up this beloved dressing!

Makes ~1 cup

1/2 cup raw cashews soaked overnight

3/4 -1 cup coconut milk (Trader Joe's is great)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

3/4 tsp pink salt

1/4 tsp celery seed

1/2 tsp dry dill

1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)

1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

In a small bowl cover cashews with water and let soak overnight. Drain and rinse cashews. Place in high speed blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth 1-2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate, will thicken over time. Keeps for up to a week. Watch the reel here
