Golden Milk Latte

One of my favorite hot beverages! This is warming, delicious and full of anti-inflammatory spices. A non caffeinated latte sure to satisfy that warm cup in hand ritual.

1 1/4 cup non dairy milk

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp ground ginger

2 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup

Pinch of black pepper

Optional 2 scoops collagen

Heat all ingredients except collagen in small pot until light simmer, whisking as it warms. Pour into your favorite cup, add collagen if using and froth. These frothers are the best little gadgets!

*Note: I find it easier and less messy to pour latte into medium size liquid measuring cup to froth, then transfer to your drinking mug.
