Edible Cookie Dough!

Healthy and yummy, no one is slapping your hands out of this cookie dough! Eat it out of the jar, perfect topping for smoothie bowls or yogurt, use as a sweet hummus or make mini cookie dough balls for nice cream!

~2 cups

6 pitted medjool dates

1/4 cup natural almond butter

1 tsp pure vanilla

1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas

1/2 cup blanched almond flour

1 Tbs oat flour

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate or carob chips

In food processor, add dates, almond butter and vanilla and process until well combined and dates broken down. Add chickpeas, almond flour, oat flour, baking powder and salt and process until dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips. Place in sealed container and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
