Easy Spinach Wrap

Free of gluten, grains, dairy, oil and eggs! Easy to make with only 5 ingredients! Wrap up chicken, turkey, veggies, shrimp and more! Can double as crepes just add a little more water to thin out the batter! Makes 5


1 cup chickpea flour

1/2 cup arrow root powder

3 cups spinach

1- 1 1/8 cup water

1/3 tsp salt

Blend all ingredients in high powered blender until smooth. Heat nonstick pan to low-medium heat, may add a little extra virgin olive oil to pan if needed. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto pan, spreading in a circle. Cook 2 minutes and flip, cook other side about 1 minute. Watch the reel here
