Dragon fruit Smoothie

Don't you just love the vibrant pink color that dragon fruit brings! Dragon fruit is an alkaline fruit with antioxidants, fiber and prebiotics. You don't have to add a non dairy milk for neutralization, which is nice for those that don't prefer a "milky" smoothie. I like to add some coconut water that provides natural sweetness, hydration and electrolytes! I also put lots of add ins into my smoothie but if you don't have on hand definitely ok to omit but don't forget your greens ;)

Serves 1

1/2 frozen banana

1 bar frozen dragon fruit ( I buy at Whole Foods)

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup coconut water

1 scoop pea protein (Naked brand)

1 Tbs coconut yogurt

1 Tbs almond butter

1 Tbs hemp hearts

1 Tbs flax seeds

1 handful spinach

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass :)
