Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Ooooh you are in for a treat! Gluten free, vegan cinnamon roll? Yes please! Get your baked confection fix from this healthy, protein packed, completely natural smoothie. Creamy banana and coconut yogurt, hints of vanilla and lots of cinnamon... this is sure to please your taste buds and make your tummy smile.

Serves 1


1 frozen banana

1/4 cup coconut yogurt (I use cocoyo or culina brands)

3/4 cup plant based milk

1 Tbs all natural almond butter

1 scoop pea protein (Naked Pea)

1/2 tsp pure vanilla

1 Tbs hemp hearts

1 Tbs chia seeds

2 tsp cinnamon
