Chia Pudding Parfait

I love nothing more than an easy recipe! Simple is BEST! Only 2 ingredients and a sure fire way to start your day with omega 3's for brain and heart health, calcium to keep those bones strong and fiber for optimal gut health! Top with nut butter, real maple syrup or raw honey, chopped nuts, fruit, chocolate and anything else that sounds good! This lasts for several days in the fridge so batch prepare for the week!

Serves 1-2

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup plant based milk

Place ingredients in bowl, stirring often for 5 minutes to keep from clumping. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Watch the reel here
