4 Ingredient Grilled Turkey Burgers
Sometimes you just want a classic burger! This is it! Only 4 ingredients (not counting salt) and you've got a juicy, healthy burger ready for any topping you desire!
1 lb ground turkey 93% lean
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried parsley
3/4 tsp sea salt
Preheat grille (I use my George Foreman) set to medium heat if using traditional grill.
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until incorporated (don't over handle).
Form into 4 equal patties. Place on grill and cook about 5 minutes (on Foreman) a few minute longer on regular grill until internal temp is 165. I always use a meat thermometer. Watch the reel here https://www.instagram.com/p/CosmsC7p3XG/
